Obviously misinformation designed to foster hate and destroy democracy /s/s/s/s
Nazifornia with the Fuehrer Newsome impose it's will on the voters.
If the voters vote for Nazi's, they get their version of " the people that are so bad we the state must punish them for the good of the state".
I guess no one taught this little allegory in history class.
They came for the Jews, and I said nothing
They came for the Gypsy's and I said nothing
They came for the Catholics and I said nothing
They came for me, and there was no one to say anything.

So, from a legal perspective, how are parents held legally responsible for their children’s actions until they become adults yet have no role in how their easily impressionable children are manipulated, coerced, intimidated or bullied by adult power figures at public schools, most of whom have no formal training in gender self identification and are merely following guidelines from the teachers unions to recruit more trans members?

To the good Californian minority behind enemy lines:
Prayers up.
Sincerely.

Amount of GOP in California:
24% (Public Policy Institute of California)
or 28% (Gallup).
And who knows which are RINOs.

A former Republican California lawmaker was explaining fifteen or twenty years ago you could sometimes talk other Democrats out of something crazy by using facts or logic. You can’t do that anymore because each one has his own bill he wants to pass so he won’t vote against any other Democrat’s bill. When they get to Newsome’s desk it’s a crap shoot as to whether he’ll sign it because, remember, he has a bunch of stuff he wants passed.

Thank you for referencing that article Mr. Mojo.

"California Bills Headed to Newsom’s Desk Will Launch a Transgender Inquisition Targeting Parents"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

From related thread:

Mark 7:11-13 shows that Jesus reprimanded the religious leaders of his time for driving a wedge (my words) between parents and their children, wrongly nullifying the "Honor your father and mother" commandment by doing so.

In other words, the combination of Jesus' teaching and 1st Amendment-protected religious expression effectively enumerates parental rights in the Constitution imo, the activist "leaders" of California government wrongly attacking Christian parental authority protected under the umbrella of religious expression in this example imo.

In fact, it is arguably good that parental rights are not expressly mentioned in the Constitution because some parents don't deserve to be parents imo.

H O W E V E R...

Regardless of constitutional protections, we're still stuck with a very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress that will predictably continue to look the other way when state lawmakers unconstitutionally abridge constitutionally enumerated rights, instead of Congress doing its 14th Amendment (14A) duty to make penal laws that discourage judges, lawmakers and other state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.

Excerpted from 14A:

Also consider that Christian parents are protected by 1A and 14A regardless if Christian parents are a voting minority.

Patriots, simply put, you're never going to enjoy your constitutionally enumerated protections as a consequence of corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties who have pirated control of both state and federal governments.

That being said, please consider the ultimate, relatively simple remedy for dealing with career state and federal lawmakers that voters now have "buyer's remorse" for.

Democratic and Republican Trump-supporting patriots need to get ready ASAP to support Trump campaign by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG, Gaetz (and others?), for the 2024 primaries.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

Consider the repealing of 16&17A as part of reparations for taxpayers for having to pay a lifetime of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.

When and maybe before these Fascists impose these laws, will the parents sell their homes and move to a red state?
