Than all these idiots that talk about militias in the second amendment always get it wrong. The second amendment was written not to regulate firearms, but to regulate the federal stand army or the federal militia. How do you allow a federal army and regulate it? By absolutely no gun restrictions on citizens and everyone is allowed to be armed with no infringements. Nobody in America is ever going to give up their weapons and if the government ever tried to really restrict them or take them would be utterly stopped cold by the armed citizens of America.
