I think it’s just as likely another brain dead Rat would be elected. All state legislators if they had the chance would see themselves in that seat. For no other reason then to just have their turn to directly sup at the taxpayer trough. Even if they chose Coons it’s still not worse, it’s the same.
Where it would be worse is that at least there’s a slim chance these guys could be defeated by popular vote. With the corrupt Demonrat legislature, slim would become “no chance.”
