Yeah, the D.A. doesn’t want to risk her law license by prosecuting a crime that has no basis in law and implemented only by a clearly unconstitutional “executive order”.
Sam Bregman is much better than the previous puke DA. He is realistic and knows that this “edict” is a complete dog and pony show and doesn’t want to waste his time.
