I suspect that Buffet is learning that some animals are more equal than others.

This will driv the price of fuel up in those areas not served by a near by pipeline.

That’s the problem. I learned this reading Mario Puzo’s materpiece “The Godfather”. When you bribe/buy a politician they don’t stay bought.
