Yes, watched first two minutes. He referred to Good Morning Vietnam as a song, and referred to Morocco leader as the VII, not the VI. Went back several minutes later and he said I have 5 cards here on who I am suppose to ask questions too.
I turned on the TV and there was Joe. Before I changed the channel, I wondered why he was making a speech in Vietnam and his handlers did not have him straddling an anti-aircraft gun while he was talking. I guess the government put all of those guns away for later, or did they ship them to Ukraine?
