What? Why is it not in their (the states’, not the Federal government’s) power to outlaw abortion? Abortion was banned in many states before Roe v. Wade. Saying that killing an innocent human being is a “personal decision” is a strange argument - moral relativism at its “best”. How can you say that a group of people shouldn’t by protected by law just because they haven’t been born yet? How would you like it if someone wanted to deny this protection to all people with green eyes?
This is a personal decision. If you want the government to follow your point of view that’s fine but there are many others (likely the majority) who don’t share your view......
