In addition to the executive and legislative branches being controlled by the Democrats, the senior courts in the state are also under their control. Pubs are in the minority in the entirety of the state system and as such the Dems have control of elections too.

Her "order" is illegal and should be viewed and treated as such. i.e. ignored. No one is going to know you are carrying, that's why it's called concealed. You only use it if your life is genuinely at risk. Thus, if that situation occurs, you can obey & die, or you can stay alive and deal with Herr Grisham's illegal edict afterwards. Which works better because you will be alive. It's really no choice.
I believe this is a calculated test on her and the left's part to see how much further they can push "mandates".
