I’ll have to read the order in-depth tomorrow to get a better idea of the limitations actually left in place. Hopefully, some knowledgeable legal eagles will dissect it and provide us information as well.

Sounds like a sound “thumping” at the hands of an important court. One level shy of SCOTUS. The Brandon Administration is running out chances to find a friendly venue.

If this is true, the 5th circuit effectively gelded the lower court preliminary injunction.

Leaving State, HHS, and Homeland Security free to censor social media is effectively leaving the whole federal government free to do so. The hard work of the lower court judge is now a joke.
