Maybe Willis can charge Jordan as part of the RICO case. Isn't that how it works nowadays?

ROFL! But I wouldn’t be surprised if she tries.

The more I hear out of her affirmative action piehole, the more I’m convinced that she will self-immolate. She’s in WAY over her head.

That would be funny. Jordan has "speech and debate" immunity and can't be charged for anything he says while in Congress.

the prosecution of the former president and 18 of his allies

This is the part that I don't understand.

How does one single jury constitute as "peers" to 19 different individuals?

Somebody should challenge this on Constitutional grounds, demanding separate juries for each person because the charges are different, their actions were different, their jobs were different, their motives were different, etc.

“If you and your colleagues follow through on your threats to deny this office federal funds, please be aware that you will be deciding to allow serial rapists to go unprosecuted, hate crimes to be unaddressed, and to cancel programs for at-risk children,” Willis wrote. “Such vengeful, uncalled for legislative action would impose serious harm on the citizens we serve, including the fact that it will make them less safe.”

So Fani, what exactly are these programs for at-risk children that are run by federal funds used by a county DA? For that matter, are you saying that you only prosecute serial rapists and hate crimes using federal funds ... and the local taxes collected to pay for your office dont pay you to prosecute those crimes?

Attorney Willis doesn’t have the first clue. This case will be reversed on appeal.

After she bankrupts and destroys the lives of many defendants.

Fani has assured her place on the Plantation. Regardless of the outcome of her efforts — conviction, acquittal, reversal, etc., she will be taken care of.

The purpose of the exercise is to threaten and intimidate any resistance to the Régime and anyone who dares to support Trump.

The failure of the Georgia Legislature to stand up to her is proof of that.

Does Willis understand that there are many questionable dimensions to her case that need to be answered right now?

Has there been coordination with the Federal government?

Is she aware that she is interfering with the current election? That could have been avoided by bringing forward charges 30 months ago.

I am sure that there are other legitimate and pressing questions about her rush to judgement.

Well...you say that, but here in soviet America, everything is possible.

Exactly my thought about the timing. They had between November 20 20 and now to do something about the supposed crime, but waited until it was clear. Trump was winning in every primary.

Willis’ indictment is the most outrageous, outlandish misuse of a RICO statute
ever seen, and it fails to establish even a single credible threshold violation of law.

DA Willis stupidly claims that the “Trump conspiracy” contained a
“common plan and purpose” to commit two or more acts of
racketeering activity in Fulton County, and elsewhere in the State of Georgia........

And......get this..... in “other states,” including Arizona, Michigan, Nevada,
New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

I am sure the attorneys general of those states will be surprised to learn that Fulton County DA Willis not only has statewide jurisdiction in Georgia, but also has jurisdiction over acts that supposedly happened in six other states and the District of Columbia.

Say what?

Fani defends at-risk children only w/ federal funds?

Same for her prosecuting serial rapists and hate crimes.

So Local taxes earmarked for her office are used for what?

Her nails and hair?
