Wasn’t just that... they put in express bus service from Chicago TO Minneapolis about the same time. The theory was to allow the “economically disadvantaged” a chance to get a new start in Minneapolis... all it really did was seed more crime here.
And during the BLM riots, Minnesota returned the favor and shipped a bunch of Antifa members down to Chicago to light the spark there.
