Oh, the guy who either lied before or is lying now... or maybe lied both times. Does he promise to tell the really, really, super duper really real truth in court?
If I were Smith, I’m sure I would want my case to involve a liar to a Grand Jury. Washington attorneys know how serious it is to lie to a Grand Jury.
