I have come to believe that “constitutionally limited government,” has become a containment and gatekeeping device to exclude elements of the right that could effectively fight back.

You have a twisted concept of “constitutionally limited government.” We have gotten to the sad state we are in because of the Socialist and Communist activists pushing for restrictive laws that are not “constitutionally limited” Since 1900 politicians in the executives and the legislatives with the approval of the judiciary have created laws, statutes, policies and regulations that have expanded government instead of limiting it.

Before then every American knew he was an honest man who had never disobeyed any law. In our modern times there are a plethora of laws or regulations we all know we have disobeyed daily .
