Why would anyone think that they would have a safe that the FBI, with a proper warrant, would NOT be able to get into? Why bother trying? Just open it up, and avoid the obstruction charge.
If you’re a criminal and you think the safe is going to keep your actions hidden from actively investigating authorities, then you’re a moron that deserves what’s going to happen.
A safe is really only for keeping things secure from random everyday risks - like small fires, children, stoopid in-laws, etc.
