Kari Lake lost her case because the judge went along with signature verification that wasn’t happening. The guy technically looked at ballots for a second before moving onto the next one. The judge said the guy technically verified signatures, even though he was verifying over 100 of them a minute. The whole system is completely corrupt.
Hence my ‘tar & feathers’ comment.
Congress ejects the Representatives and Senators seated from the 2020 election. Today. After declaring the state's electors as 'illegitimate'.
That takes a 2/3 vote which will never happen.

Why would it take more votes than if it was presented on Jan 6? You have a reference?
This is the current status: the Judge denied the request to dismiss, and “IT IS ORDERED, setting a Status Conference on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before the
Honorable John Napper, Division 2, Courtroom 301, Prescott Judicial District, 120 S. Cortez Street, Prescott,Arizona.”
“Court rules Arizona’s ballot signature verification guidance doesn’t have force of law”
“An Arizona court has ruled the secretary of state office’s ballot signature verification guidance does “not have the force of law,” dealing a blow to the state’s Democrat leaders.”

I have little confidence that this is any more than ‘short-stroking’.
The point of all this is one which few of even us here at FR have grasped:
If this doesn’t directly result in penalties & action against Hobbs - the SOS at the time, including removal of her from the governor’s office and ascension of Lake - then the SOS in every state will revel in the looming effect of all this:
No penalties for malfeasance or dereliction of duty and, thus, no changes to reverse the malfeasance which led to the unresolved matters of every election following - and including - the 2020 elections. Congress’ refusal to take up the matter is the tell.
Many of our citizenry have taken an oath and it is way past time that we begin enforcing the law of the land to punish those who would violate their oaths...
...by any means necessary.
C'mon man, we are punishing plenty of people, people with an (R) after their name.
