Here in Florida shopping centers that had department store anchors are in sad shape. The one nearest me I believe was repossessed because the busy Costco alone wasn’t enough.
They can just use former walmarts, targets, kmarts and best buys as distribution centers. No need to build anything new.
Close the store and create another food desert for those stupid democrats.
