The House Oversight Committee on Tuesday subpoenaed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Secret Service for documents and testimony related to allegations the Secret Service tipped off Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential transition team to investigators’ plans to interview Hunter Biden.
House Oversight subpoenaed DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for documents and three DHS employees for depositions before the Committee. The committee also subpoenaed two Secret Service officials for depositions related to testimony from two IRS whistleblowers and a former FBI agent, alleging Secret Service agents tipped off the Biden transition team in December 2020 regarding an upcoming Hunter Biden interview

They know the FBi will cite an open Investigation and they will be jammed like the National Archives is doing with the Pseudonyms and emails.
They only have to open an Impeachment Inquiry and they’ll have all the Power. They can tell NARA to hand it over, and they will have plenary power of Impeachment.

Exactly right, 100% fake. So what if the FBI tipped off the Biden team? Is that a crime? No. It’s up to their discretion and nobody will ever be prosecuted for it. It is shady? Yeah. So effing what? It’s just another piece of nothingness that is not actionable. How about if they tipped off Joy Behar? There’s 20x adequate evidence to indict Hunter as things are and they are not it.
And on cue another indictment is leaked…
By the time they get around to it, there will be an IT glitch and the information goes right down the memory hole.
