Where does the judicial branch get the authority to draw districts? That’s a legislative branch power.

Gerrymandering is just fine so long as it benefits democrats.

But what if these "majority people-of-color" districts thus created begin voting for the Republican candidates in earnest? Doesn't that shoot a huge hole in the strategy being pursued by activist judges?
