Probably trying to consider an example of one person reguarly masking up with the highest quality mask possible and using a different mask in every social interaction and also using santizer on their hands between encounters. In other words, a person who is using hospital protocols in the real world. In the real world though that never happens because despite all the precautions we might make as an individual we can't control what anyone else does.
