Nothing like extreme heat to cause people to get short-tempered. I’m all for punishment, but violent people and hot weather do not go well together. It’s a recipe for disaster. See summer time in Chicago or Atlanta for example.
it reaches 100 at least once a year here, and most older homes do not have AC. POOOOR criminals are not comfy.
If they didnt like the qccomodations they should have stayed at home.
