Ya’ know, I do wonder what the birth rate in Canada is for Canadians whose families have been in the US or Canada a couple generations or more? Heck, throw in the Filipinos, native Europeans, etc.
I’ll bet that the discouragement of the “native” population having kids is a big part of Canada needing wholesale immigrantion.
Nothing against sensible immigration either! My wife is a Filipino and a valuable / contributing member of our community. Maybe more so than me, these days!
