We have enjoyed the food & lodging at Harris Ranch many times on our treks to the desert.
It’s a welcome oasis, relieving the monotony of the very long, narrow stretch of I-5.
Always eager to arrive there; a milestone about 40% of the way into the 2^9-mile road trip, and 60% of the way on the return drive.
Are we there yet?
Don’t even need GPS any more. Just yell at the embedded robot.
“Hey, Dyslexa! Harrizz Rancho! Far howzit?”
“On Hold!, I while up it look.”
Never mind, we can track it on the odormeter.
