• QUESTION: Is the Defendant a Leftist, Democrat, Antifa, or other favored personage, race, or sex? Y/N?
  • YES: Excluding exculpatory information is forbidden, the laws in place must be followed. All Exculpatory Information is given to the Defense and given the widest press coverage possible, leaked if necessary. Better yet, dismiss the charges then and there.

  • NO: There is no such thing as "exculpatory information". Anything may be withheld or omitted from the Defense. If "exculpatory information" is found, leaks to the press with present it as Russian disinformation, or inadmissible in some way. Just to keep up appearances, of course. The Judge can simply work with the prosecution to make it disappear at her discretion.
