If Putin is truly the 2nd coming of Hitler, then we must formally declare war against him and use U.S. troops only to fight him.
All I'm saying is crap or get off the pot. Don't use another nation and their population to fight your battles. Hit the joint or pass it around.
I think this problem can be handled with a degree of delicacy.
You do not fix a delicate machine by taking a sledgehammer to it, in the normal course of things. Of course there are cases where you may have to, but that would be an unfortunate contingency.
