Kemp is so corrupt. The GOPe wants Trump out of the picture even more than the left. Trump exposed their surrender politics and makes them look bad. He has to go.

They’re going to love him on that Presidential debate stage as much as Pence & Christie!

Won’t they be back in session after Labor Day anyway? Or is the point to bring everybody back for something that won’t pass?

“We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior,” And what are those steps pray tell?
If you think it might be unconstitutional, that is for the State Supreme court to determine. Not you. Slime ball.

Kemp is Georgia’s own Joe Biden.
He’s never met a dirty dollar he didn’t love.

He was ready to investigate until his possible future son in law got murdered. Thanks to ongoing censorship many do not know of that story. I remember it when it happened and knew a few peoples positions on matters would be immediately changing, and yes, they did.

Even watching this guy speak is nauseating. Something about him is sick. He had to have cheated himself in. A person like this cannot be liked enough to win.
He makes fat Stacey look good.

Re: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/may/05/georgia-brian-kemp-bill-remove-local-prosecutors
Excerpt: "The new law sets up a statewide Prosecuting Attorneys Statewide Qualifications Commission with the power to investigate complaints against district attorneys and remove them if they have sufficient cause. The law outlines a series of offenses for which a prosecutor can be removed, including “willful and persistent failure” to carry out their duties and categorically refusing to prosecute crimes they are required by law to pursue."
Unfortunately, this new law doesn't take effect until October.

Kemp said that despite his own feelings, he does not have the power to call a special session.
Mmmm......looks like Kemp consulted his “What would Pence do?” file.

No. Georgia’s next general session will not be until January.
