I wish you were right but l don’t see it. The momentum seems unstoppable. Power plants are being de commissioned car makers are half way into their 5 year process of EV only design and production. The EPA is more powerful than ever. However Parts of Europe are waking to reality so there is some hope.
It comes down to this: the weakness of the EPA, and of all other similar entities, is greater than their strength.
What is their weakness? It is the same with all the unrighteous: they are forced to hide their deeds.
The weak, passive aggressive little reveals they do, the ones providing plausible deniability, are not a true reveal.
