Where? And how would SCOTUS force AZ to place him on the ballot if they were to defy any court ruling?
You realize the attempt to keep people off the ballot has been tried many many times....and has been shot down by the SCOTUS every time. Eugene V Debs couldn’t be kept off the ballot in 1920 and he was campaigning from jail after being jailed for violating the Sedition Act during WWI.
Democrats tried this crap against Paul Gosar and MTG and Madison Cawthorn and lost all 3 times.
