“Because... they’re oblivious to what’s really happening “to” America via the Marxist Democrats. They’ve been dumbed down and indoctrinated to be “oblivious” to the truth.”
They do seem to support socialism. There are more of them every year. And less conservatives. They have the numbers and they vote. Young people usually skip voting, but the Millenials and Gen-Z have been showing up since 2018.

Democrats are commiting serious Election Interference violations in an attempt to show, without evidence, that Trump interfered with an election. We aren't in Kansas anymore. This is undiscovered territory for this generation; a contest which extends far beyond political doctrine. Life and death are on the field.

Fontes was on local radio Tuesday and was non-committal. Today, local news reports he will not try this, although he’d love to be the one.
FYI, Trump—nor any of the ‘J6 conspirators”— were charged with insurrection so it’s a dead deal. Plus, Ds are being seen as over-the-top election interferers who can’t afford to help raise more funds or supporters for DjT.
If they pursue the tactic, it’ll be tossed—or perhaps never even put on the docket.

“It’s playing fine in New America. Biden is paying off student loans and Trump is still a racist. /s”
That’s the narrative. And the narrative also includes Biden’s administration negotiating drug prices with the drug companies. If even a few drug prices fall, that will also play well in America.

Nope, not under the rules the Democrats are playing by.
You may be missing my point. I’m not saying the dems are right by invoking the 14th Amendment, but the fact is the amendment did not require any charges or convictions of anything. If someone who had sworn an oath to the Constitution then participated in rebellion, insurrection or war against the U.S., he was barred from any public office unless Congress ruled otherwise.
The dems are saying that Trump’s actions on January 6 constituted an insurrection against the U.S. This is absurd, but nonetheless, this is what the dems are saying to justify denying President Trump a place on the ballot. Whether this tactic will succeed remains to be seen. Swing states with dems in control might well move to keep him off the ballot. The courts will obviously become involved.

Every swing state with shenanigans will remove him from the ballot (PA, MI, AZ, GA). Supreme Court will overturn them, but they will dig their heels in a s say make us… the ballots are already printed it’s too late.

This doesn't matter, and we shouldn't buy into thinking that it does. Anyone can say anything. Trump hasn't even been charged with insurrection, let alone been convicted of insurrection. Again, if mere accusations are enough to disqualify candidates from ballots, Biden will not be on the ballot in states like Texas or Florida, either.

Speaking of hypocrisy, they are charging Trump with interfering in an election while they interfere in an election. And Republicans once again sit back as say sh** about it just like they did in 2020.

32 usc 2383 is the law against insurrection. Trump has not been convicted of it. He hasn’t even been charged with violating it. They might as well disqualify him for robbing a bank. He hasn’t been charged with that either.

You are exactly right. Take away “the vote” and you take away the rule of law.

Supreme Court will overturn them Sure, maybe sometime in 2025 or 2026. Or more likely will wait that long and say, "oh well, it's moot now."
