Yes, Russia has been ethnically cleaning its neighboring countries for hundreds of years. In particular now they are importing Russian nationals to replace the native Ukrainian population of Mariupol and other occupied Ukrainian cities. It’s the old Stalinist Genocide playbook and KGB Vlad knows it well.
