The reason you vote on Election DAY, is that it keeps the Cheaters unbalanced. It causes unforced errors on their part because they don't know how many votes they need to create.

It's had the opposite effect. They know exactly where to harvest and how much. Giving them a huge advantage the Republicans can't compete with by design.
