The mayor looked like Redd Foxx. Although Redd Foxx might have done a better job. He would have been brow beaten by Aunt Esther and would have had the situation under control. And the Mayor was giving the press conference is his elegant Hawaiian shirt. (I know, it's Hawaii.) Basically the mayor proved he was an incompetent know nothing boob.
Another LOL moment was when Major General Hara was speaking and he told a reporter - "Let me finish brother."
