Fear is at their core. that is why they are silent.
they have no faith because the rejected the God who gifts us with Faith and feeds it like a father feeds to his hungry children.
they are afraid, because they have NO RELATIONSHIP with God and do NOT want it. the ones who publicly say they do know God (mike pence types), are liars.
there are some who don’t make mouthy claims about loving God, but demonstrate it by what they do. They are very rare. every tree is known by its fruit, its attributes. If the fruit is good, the tree is too. if the fruit is poison so is the the tree from which it falls to the ground.
we need almost all new trees in our forest.
The founders knew the republic would survive only as long as the people were virtuous and had faith in God.
