I had it. I’ve had worse migraines. I actually didn’t know, until my wife got sick and lost taste/smell. But I had a nasty headache, with exhaustion for two days. Same as I get for a migraine.
I got headaches, too. But my retired RN-NP (41 yrs) Sister said her whole staff at UCSF-Kaiser Permanente used them daily, with no effects. I always carry some in my Jeep, and to Wellspan medical app’ts, but won’t wear any.
