State Election Board Chairman Bill Duffey has resigned from the panel responsible for investigating election fraud allegations and setting voting rules, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp announced Monday.
Duffey wrote in his resignation letter to Kemp that it was time for new leadership in preparation for next year’s elections.
“Now that a new board structure is in place, it is important to name the next chair in sufficient time for that person to continue to prepare for the 2024 election cycle,” Duffey wrote to Kemp in a letter dated July 18. “… It has been an honor to work to preserve the integrity and fairness of the state’s election process.”
Kemp, who appointed Duffey in June 2022, thanked Duffey for his public service following his career as a federal judge and U.S. attorney. Duffey’s resignation will take effect Friday. […]

Sen. Burt Jones is now Lt. Governor of Georgia. Rather important distinction, as is the affiliation of them all as Senators in or out of office. vs a vs. the kemp WEF machine.

This proves Georgia was in on the election fraud. Now the state can simply say that the SOS during 2020 is gone and can no longer investigate. /spit

Question for any GA Freepers who may know the answer. If Gov Kemp were out of state or even country, or if he were medically temporarily out of service, say for a routine colonoscopy, would Burt Jones have any power to act as “acting Governor? Might that allow him to call a special session and if it could, could a recovered Gov. Kemp abort it? I think such rules vary by state and don’t know Georgia’s. But the 3/5 votes for a legislative call to session aren’t there and Kemp won’t call it, so a more sympathetic Lt Gov is their only chance.

Especially since there was fraud; since it almost certainly now appears to have gone two ways-—votes were added via “mules” to Rutabaga, and votes were taken from Trump.
It’s pretty clear right now that Rutabaga couldn’t get 65m votes, meaning Trump likely got over 80m legit.
