everything in life has a price, to the libs this is a small price to pay to inject their ugly agenda into the world.
but their esg is great
so they can borrow plenty of money
to lose
It’s a “win-win” for these commies. They infiltrate these companies to either use as propaganda, to destroy families or propaganda to destroy a business. Either way they get what they want.
Go woke, go broke.
“Performance Outlook” is “down” in short, mid and long term.
Ahsoka , ROFL
Disney is ESPN is ABC.
Their acquisitions going back more than a decade haven't panned out and they've recently laid off 7,000 people. This was after laying off 32,000 due to lockdowns from the Scamdemic.
Streaming services are a financial bust. ESPN+ is a money pit. Disney's ABC television, like other broadcast television, is also a bust.
Sell Disney stock ASAP as its going to the ground.
“Streaming services are a financial bust.”....
Too complicated and not user friendly...............
“went woke in a desperate attempt to stem the decline”
I would like to see more data to evaluate that statement—my suspicion is that the owners of Disney were/are perverts and that was their primary motivation.
Successful businesses respect and honor their customers—executives who choose to go another way do so not out of stupidity but rather because of ideology.
The ‘woke’ messaging in Disney’s propaganda films includes:
<><>Mary Sue stories that advance radical feminist propaganda while denigrating men
<><>Critical Race Theory as a dedicated attempt to exploit negative race relations
<><>Race-swapping of established white characters for the sake of virtue signaling
<><>Normalizing LGBT relationships
<><>Promoting trans ideology
<><>Sexualized messaging
<><>Depicting pro-American characters as villains.
Streaming services face incredible competition—there are so many of them out there and they are slicing the audience into smaller and smaller pieces.
In addition these days an incredible amount of information and/or entertainment is either free or dirt cheap.
Damn, that’s more than I thought.
Disney’s acquisitions going back more than a decade haven’t panned out.
Disney stupidly paying George Lucas $10 billion for Star Wars.......money they’ll never get back.
They’ve recently laid off 7,000 people.....after laying off 32,000 due to Covid lockdowns.
Streaming services are a financial bust. ESPN+ is a money pit.
Disney’s ABC TV is also a bust......reportedly even up for sale.
Here it is in graphical form:
Disney to take hit of $2.5Million per room for failed Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser hotel

Scrapping the infamous Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel cost Disney $250 million, the company announced in its quarterly earnings call last week. With only 100 guest rooms, that breaks down to $2.5 million per room for the failed venture.
The Galactic Starcruiser in Disney World was billed as a one-of-a-kind “Star Wars” experience. Each two-night booking was meant to feel like boarding a cruise ship in outer space, and guests were given a “mission” involving characters from the most recent “Star Wars” trilogy. It was a gamble on a relatively niche — and expensive — concept.
But at about $4,800 for a two-person “cabin,” the cheapest tier offered, Disney fans complained that it was simply too much for two days. In May, barely one year since opening, Disney announced it was shuttering the Galactic Starcruiser.
