Maybe...but do you have any evidence of strings to the *scholarship* fund? It’s not a fund for politicians in training. It’s to pay for grad school in a professional, scientific, JD, or medical degree program. The scholarships I got involved no input from the giver aside from an offered visit to their business at one point, and a report of grades. This one’s qualifications appear to be just as limited, except that it is for immigrants and children of immigrants.
