If he’s a Florida citizen he has standing. That he’s an attorney and may be able to file a coherent complaint is a plus for him. Get it before scotus and let them sort it out.

State voters sued for being disenfranchised with fraudulent votes and were told they had no standing.

If they had no standing, no one has standing.

I'm sure the governor of Florida, (what's his name?) will help defend against this lawsuit since it is the voters of Florida who are being denied the right to vote against a legally qualified candidate.
