A Moscovite making $1,600 a month is living better than Chicagoan making $80,000 per year.

FACT remains that most RUSSIANS (not just those in Moscow) are living in poverty. How many Russians live like those in Chicago. Even the poor in Chicago are better off than most Russians.

And, btw, I don't have to visit Russia in order to be informed about life there or about their politics. Even people who visit there don't get to witness life as it really is. I don't have to visit Mars in order to know that whatever Martians are left, are suffering from deep cold weather.

I’d say that it is way easier in Moscow to kaie $1,600 a month than to make $80,000 a year in Chicago.
You can make it by driving Uber and delivering pizza.

And you can make ends meet in Russia for a full year off two months of work.

In Chicago you are no further than two paychecks from being homeless, at every moment.

Where are all the junkies and homeless in Russia? They are nowhere to be seen because the vast majority of the Russians are homeowners and there is minimal unemployment.
