The Republicans don’t have the guts to use it against them. They are above the fray. Look how they are slow-walking the impeachment case against Biden. Why do we need an impeachment inquiry? They have enough evidence now to start impeachment proceedings.

True, but unwise, imho, at this juncture. Embarrassing Joe enough to resign would come pretty quickly, allowing 'legitimate' D candidates to mount a primary challenge and eventual D convention ratification.
