The Establishment likes to use New Hampshire as a springboard for moderate Republicanism, that is, giving moderate Republicans momentum going into the South.

But lately, moderate HAVE NOT been winning primaries (see the 2022 primaries where all of Sununu's preferred candidates lost0.

Sununu wants Chris Christie or some other Republican pantywaist to win the New Hampshire primary. So they're scheming to deny Trump being on the ballot.

They are raising this issue now to discourage voters from voting for Trump. The specter of Trump being banned from state ballots is anti-Trump propaganda. Lawrence Tribe and some Conservative pundits have been raising this issue for weeks now. They cite the 14th Amendment and insurrection despite the fact that Trump has not been charged with insurrection.

The Bret Baier question at the debate of supporting Trump as the nominee of the party even if he is convicted of a felony is part of the anti-Trump attacks. They are sowing seeds of doubt about the viability of Trump.

Looks like the GOP establishment, at least in lefty New England, hates free and fair elections where the people have the choice just as much as the Democrats do.

New Hampshire the totalitarian state. They will choose which candidates you are “allowed” to vote for.

If Trump is not on the ballot, many people might stay home, causing some Republicans to lose office.

July 31

For $1, New Hampshire voters were invited to drink beer with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Saturday in Concord.

But barely more than two dozen people showed up at the New Hampshire Home Builders Association, which slashed the ticket price for the general public from $50 late in the week in order to build the crowd.

By the time the event started, an hour late, there were just 30 people in the room.

Moderate Republicans are like the Washington Generals. We’ll get the same results as a progressive country just a bit slower

New Hampshire, Why Are You Doing This? (because Sununu and his minions are Never-Trumpers)

Somebody should asked Sununu his position on this. All we have right now is silence from the FoD and governor of NH.

The legal theory must be struck down.

The Constitution is full of examples where a person must have due process before a punishment can be meted out.

It is against the Constitution for a single person to unilaterally decide a punishment without due process.

Nobody has the Constitutional authority to keep someone off of a ballot for "insurrection" before a court process finds that person guilty of insurrection.
