The Constitution gives states control of election rules. It is a federal matter when national candidates are on the ballot.
See what just a few decades of giving them their way does to a state? It’s what they want nation wide.
Gov Nuisance in Cal wants illegals to be cops also.
When Kevin De (the de was added so he could be more hispanic) Leon stood up in the Cal senate and declared he helped member of his family enter illegally there was no federal or state investigation. He is now a member of LA city council.
Becera the sec of H and W and Leon are members of a movement called Le Reconquista which started when the Brown Berets were around in the 70s. The plan, let illegals do anything and everything citizens can do including vote, as part of a take over of the southwest to return to Mexico. If you cannot return to Mexico, then make it Mexico as much as possible.
I think they've made it quite clear that they don't care anything about citizenship now and any law that gets in the way of that will have to be changed or ignored. This is just the beginning. Since we never do anything to stop them they'll just keep marching us towards totalitarian tyranny. One where ALL of our rights will be trampled. This is what the dems want nationwide.
California reds and judges say “Constitution? We don’t need no Constitution”. And they are continually proving that.
well in california, you get a 150.00 tax credit on your calif tax form if you are a renter.
Send bus loads of illegals to that court and its staffs’ addresses. Surpringly buses have been conservatives most effective weapon in this struggle. Note, the bussed illegals never resist the red to blue state upgrade. They know the grift is better there. Even HA complains of being transshipped homeless folk. Although I don’t know what bus co. serves their route.
Under the appellate court’s logic, the vote could be expanded to infants.
There needs to be a 14th Amendment “privileges and immunities” challenge to this in federal court, which would have the possibility of getting to SCOTUS.
Even if there were to be a valid interpretation to allow non-citizens to vote, it should never be extended to "illegal" aliens.
Even if we use the language of the left "undocumented" aliens, by definition they have no documentation proving who they really are. If that is the case, then how can a state extend the right to vote to persons who cannot document who they really are?
