I answered how many persons—and for every other question I wrote:

Got a 2nd demand with more threats.
Form is still somewhere in my desk.
NOW-—IT IS NONE OF THEIR DAMNED BUSINESS.
Just throw it away, and if anyone ever asks, say you never got any such thing.

Sort of like the summons for jury duty the county sent to my wife a few weeks ago that I pitched in the trash. Filled with all kinds of threats and legal consequences, including arrest if she ignored it.
I’m just waiting for them to come and arrest her and I’ll direct them to the cemetery where she’s been for the past five years.
And people are living in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
