California, as well as Oregon and Washington, if detached from the United States, would probably be absorbed by a Chinese-Mexican alliance. Southern California and the Central Valley would be absorbed into Mexico, with the rest falling under the CCP. The Russians would take Alaska and possibly northern and western Canada)
I can definitely see Southern California beeing taken (back) by Mexico. Northern California, Oregon, Washington, etc I could see being ruled by a puppet regime acceptable to China and Russia. If this puppet regime: eliminated the woke, druggies, antifa, how many would actually cry about it? And, open up the area to gas, oil, mineral exploration...
Southern California is full of Mexicans, so Mexico taking it over would be likely. The Russians can hardly handle Ukraine, they’d be hard pressed invading/pacifying the NW continental US. Although there are lots of Chinese, they aren’t into manual labor/rural living. I could definitely see them taking over control of San Francisco, Portland, and Oregon. Then, exterminate the greens, antifa, woke, druggies, etc. Once those cities are cleaned up, use Singapore as a template for administration. As long as those living in the countryside continue to extract minerals/hydrocarbons and farm, they’d probably be left to their own devices.
In most ever country the Chinese have moved to in Asia for the last thousand years, they usually congregate in the cities where they can wheel & deal. Farming and ranching is not their thing and they are happy to let the natives do the dirty work. Long story short, the segments of the economy that are stereotypically dominated by Jews would be what the Chinese would want to control (banking, investing, etc).
