I do not forgive the average Dem and BLM type for any of this.

They are laughing at us.

They don't give a damn. And apparently most on our side don't either. There's still the prevailing thought on FR, delusional as it is, that somehow the courts or the ballot box is going to help out Trump or fix this country. I'm almost willing to bet the leftists will prevent Trump from being on the ballot for 2024, and just to make sure, forbid his name from being written in.

RE: Trump off the ballot....

You’re already right. There have been discussions about each states interpreting the Constitution (especially the 14th Amendment) to declare Trump was indicted or convicted for attempting to incite insurrection.

From FindLaw.com
Could the disqualification clause prevent Donald Trump from running for president in 2024?

Theoretically, yes. Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment gives Congress the power to disqualify someone who has already held a public office from holding “any office” if they participate in an “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States.

The disqualification clause applies to current and former federal officials, state officials, and military officials. However, legal scholars are split on whether the disqualification clause applies to the presidency.
