All of Trump’s names and accusations are just bluster. Trump, who campaigns with Lindsay Graham and who endorsed Paul Ryan, and chose the likes of Wray, Bolton, and Barr, only draws attention to his own huge list of screw ups, when attempting to smear the best governor in the USA. The other candidates also have either spotty track records, or in Vivek’s case, zero track record except for the pump and dump pharma stock scam.
That’s why nobody attacked front runner DeSantis. DeSantis never chose deep state people like Trump to work under him.

I think with the exception of pence, everyone other than DeSantis is running for VP. They want to be DeSantis’s VP.
He also had little of substance to say.
Why divide the Party?
The election will be either DeSantis or Trump against a younger, more dynamic, well-spoken Dem (not JB IMO). Whoever wins the GOP nom will need everyone on board.
Nobody attacks him except the Freepers who don’t like him.

That was no debate it was a debacle it looked like a democrat event.
I didn’t watch any of the debate but from every report I read this morning it seems like Vivek Ramaswamy came away as the winner.
Not that it matters because President Trump will be the nominee. These others are just a distraction and a waste of time and funds that should be used to defeat Democrats.
Deep State hypothesis:
Ok, the rest of you losers get to keep any/all campaign donations but you don't lay a glove on our annointed anti-Trump guy. got it ?!
Ron is plenty touched, makes himself more a tool and fool every chance he gets. Who cares if no one attacked him, the public increasingly sees how hollow and self focused and out of touch with every day people Ron is.
Interesting analysis.
If raising your profile was a goal then I’d say Gov. Burgum was the winner since he seemed likeable and spoke well.
Vivek also won (on my scorecard) because of his willingness to ‘go there’ on a number of issues and his ability to get under the skin of the phony neoliberals (Pence, Christie, Haley, Hutchison).
I still fail to see the appeal of Gov. Scott who is a political milquetoast imho.
