I think the Founders would have wanted what goes on in the “Halls of Justice” exposed for all to see.
Justice is supposed to be public. Although anyone can walk into the public area of a court during proceedings, that doesn’t reach a wide enough audience. Those who can’t attend are subject to the editorial delights of various media outlets as to what they want to report.
As a Citizen, I have a right to observe trials. I want to see if a President, or anyone else for that matter, receives a fair and just verdict.
