When I'm only passingly interested in something, I use the CIA controlled Wikipedia for photos, birthdates and basics like that, knowing it may have issues. When people try to settle exacting, detailed controversies with Wikipedia quotes, I usually recommend they read Wiki's entry on Free Republic to see how objective that source is.

I think your source have recently been named as a 'fake news' source but I am not finding the article I read about that.  The CIA has a review on Bellingcat on their website, but...I don't wanna download a PDF from the CIA.

No question about Bellingcat being western intelligence controlled and funded, but they’re open sources are often informative and useful in other ways.

In this instance however, the photo you posted is the fake news.
