How can you run out of water to fight fires when you are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean?
Have to say that is a curiosity of my own. Obviously, they didn't have any plan to do so. It would take separate infrastructure to use seawater very far inland and it would kill everything, including any of their limited soil. In reality, I doubt any previous planners ever contemplated having an Emergency Management Director that was not smart enough to use water to fight a fire. Hard to plan for stupid.
Im sure the greenie weenies have aa law prohibiting the use of salt water to use on a fire because it would be detrimental to Mother Earth.
