What is the attraction of the “hard left”, anyway?

They only make promises they never intend to keep, they have no record of success anywhere, and only stay in office through force of arms exerted upon the common population, who are deliberately prohibited the access to means of self-defense.

Now bananas will become scarce. Like Cuban sugar or Venezuelan oil.

He ran on the platform of “fighting corruption”. Welp, they’re in for a rude awakening.

New people are born there every minute who lack any experience with communism and are thus easily duped when they are of age to vote by which time they are eager to vote against everything their parents stand for. So, there is a never ending supply of dupes for the Marxists. At the same time, the more leftwing policies are put into place, the more the older, wiser people flee the country. This leaves even fewer people to oppose the leftists and to teach the young. The next generation gets a little duller.
, and so on.
