Is Holland also supplying their pilots? If not, does their version of the F-16 have good autopilots?

They talk like the F16 is a wonder weapon. It's an old plane that will be shot down if it strays near enemy territory. Somebody from Nato will have to supply the pilots and maintenance crews. It's bad enough seeing Bradley's and Himars smashed on the battlefields. Soon we will see Abrams tanks and F16s littering the battlefield.
